Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All items are made-to-order. Production time is 3–4 business days before shipment.

2. Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. If you cannot find it, please check your spam/junk folder.

3. Shipping Fee
Standard shipping cost: $6.99 for all destinations.

Packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient address will require a reshipping fee covered by the customer.

4. APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery time may take up to 25 business days and may require pickup from the local postal office.

5. Customs & Import Duties
Customs and import duties are not included in the item price. Charges, if applicable, must be paid by the customer as customs policies vary by country.

If a customer refuses delivery and the order is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the shipping fee.

6. Restricted Shipping Locations
Due to local restrictions, we currently cannot ship to the following areas:

Bolivia, Cameroon, Caribbean, Curaçao, Baumholder, Guatemala, Guernsey, Guinea-Bissau, Isle of Man, Jersey, Montenegro, Niue, American Samoa, Sao Tome and Principe, Saint Martin, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Libya, Syria, Tokelau, Tristan da Cunha, Yemen, Saipan, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon.

7. Missing Package Claim
Please contact us within 6 months of shipment if your package has not arrived. Overdue claims may not be accepted.
